Shipping Policy

Custom Wigs take 5-10 business days. Please contact 513-799-3736 for any questions, concerns, availability or pre-orders.

Timeliness

There is a 15 minute grace period. You will have to wait for an opening or be rescheduled if you arrive late to your appointment.

For Hair and Wigs you can always contact to make sure the wig you desire available. $10 Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE goes towards service. Lace required 48HRS before service Monday-Friday only. If lace is not received before service a $50 fee will be applied.

Wash and braid comes with service. If you come washed and braided a $15 Fee will be applied.
